Yoga

I tried Bikram Yoga before and was not too excited to go back.....but last night I went to another yoga studio that was fab!!!! It's www.lifelinepoweryoga.com in Towson, MD right off the circle by the mall. This was still a very hot room but not as hot as Bikram. I am def going to keep going to this class. I am soooo sore even my abs are very sore. That is a good sign : )
